Description of service
I needed to move some things to storage and I have a small car. The $51 was the one-day rental, the insurance, and the charge for milage. I didn't include gas because that's an expense I would have had anyway.
Review of Service
I made a reservation two weeks ahead of time online and then two days before my reservation date I called the location where I was getting the truck to confirm the reservation. They said everything was fine, but when I got there, they didn't have the truck. How can that happen? Somebody had just been there and rented the last truck! What's the point in making a reservation? This had happened to me before and that's why I had called two days before to confirm. He had to call around and find another one and I think they should have brought it to me, but once he found one, I had to go to where the truck was. I was very unhappy.
However, the truck was very clean and was actually nicer than I expected.
Tips
Make your reservation the day you want it by calling around different locations until you find the vehicle you want and just go to that location. It'll save time and frustration.
