the Price of Storage Space

A storage unit was rented on a yearly lease with an option to continue on a month to month basis after the term of the lease was up. The space was approximately 8 feet by 8 feet and 8 feet high as well. It was located within the climate controlled section of the building. Included in the price was 24 hour access to the facility. There was someone at the desk there in case we needed help with anything.

This storage unit and location was exactly what we paid for - a safe and clean place to temporarily store our stuff. We had no issues with it other than not being able to find a cart to help us move our stuff on one occasion. It was set up well. There was a loading dock type area that you could park your car and load or unload at any time of day. You just needed to enter your pin code when coming into the garage. Overall, it was easy to get things in and out of the unit without hassle, which was exactly what we wanted.

Get a climate controlled unit if you have anything somewhat sensitive i.e. books or leather goods. Climate fluctuation can really reak havoc on things over time.
