Description of service
This price includes the appraisal or the house as well as the yard. They came in and looked at the sizes of all the rooms. They also measured the basement. They asked me what had been added or changed since I bought the house. When they measured the the house and the grounds they used a measuring tape that they walked along the perimeter of everything. They also looked at the deck addition. They noted everything on a piece of paper. After a few days I received all the information regarding the appraisal.

They service was great. I had an appointment in no time. They came in the rain and took care of everything. They came and appraised the inside first and then appraised the outside. They were quick and efficient. After the appraisal I had all the information within a few days.
Tips
Try and get a referral for an appraiser. Make sure that they are someone that you can trust. If you are not sure who to use then get a referral from someone in that field or from a friend. Also check for pricing and find out exactly what comes with prices that you were quoted. Shop around for prices.
