Description of service
My twin sister and I went to have our school letter jackets dry cleaned. Now that school is out we did not want to put them up all dirty and let them smell. For the $45 we was able to have both jackets washed and stains taken out. My sister also had a new letter added to her jacket. We asked to have it written down and stitched to our jackets just to remove stains and wash then one the purple jacket to sew the letter with gold thread. We got a copy of the note and the other was pinned to our jackets. It took 2 days to get our jackets back and they looked and smelled just like the day we got them.
Review of Service
The lady who took our coats told us not to worry and that they would be very well cared for. We were very happy that nothing happen to the jackets. They looked great and was ready for wear when we needed them. They did a great job putting on the letter for my sister. They did a great job matching the thread and it looks as it has been there from the day we got them. Over all the service was wonderful and we have gone back.
Tips
You are able to find a dry cleaners in your local phone book or newspaper. Ask to see if they offer any deals to have more then one coat or jacket done. You should always go to more then one place to compare prices and see what services they provide. If you are not happy with one you find on your own ask a friend or family member where they go. Tell them what you want and make sure they write it down so if something does go wrong then you have it in writing.
