Description of service
I subscribed to a monthly internet service for my cell phone. The internet service was provided by the same company who provided my phone service. Fifteen dollars a month paid for wireless internet access, a GPS navigation program, and a picture mail service. It included unlimited uploading and downloading and the ability to send text messages to e-mail addresses. The navigation software was made by the company who provided my phone service, and downloading the software and accessing it was included in the $15 cost. I could also watch a limited number of TV stations and listen to a few online radio stations with this plan.
Review of Service
I never had any real trouble with this service. The only complaint I had was that the number and type of radio stations and TV stations were limited, but this did not directly affect my internet access. It is always difficult to surf the Web on a cell phone due to the small size, but the connection speed was great and I could access almost any web site.
Tips
Make sure that you will not be charged extra for using the internet capability on your phone too much. Often, companies will charge you by the number of types the internet is accessed or by how many "bytes" you use.
