Description of service
I paid a total of $395 to join a weight loss program. This was one of those programs where they mail you your food, and all the support is done over the phone or on the internet.
Review of Service
I did end up canceling my service, not because I was unhappy about the program itself, but i was upset about the 'automatic reordering' process. Once i ordered my first box of food, they automatic signed me up to recieve food once a month. I either didn't understand that this was part of the process or they directly decieved me. But regardless, the food itself was pretty good for diet food. Another thing to be aware of is there is plenty of food you are expected to add yourself into the program. So if you are thinking that the four hundred dollars wil replace you grocery bill for a month, you are wrong. I did loose some weight on the program, but did find it too hard to follow, and ended up canceling because i was unhappy that they kept sending me and charging me for food.
Tips
I would recommend this type of program for others, but they have to know what they are getting into before buying. Make sure you ask questions whenever you place an order over the phone. Many products nowadays will put you onto an automatic reordering progam, so make sure you ask if that is the case, companies don't always volunteer this information.
