A program where you are given a workout routine, a schedule for working out and eating, and a goal plan projecting how many pounds you should lose and when. You meet with a coordinator who tracks your progress and your information is adjusted according to your progress.

The staff and personal coordinator are very kind, informed, and helpful. The first thing they do is talk to you to get to know you, your goals, why your goals are what they are, and a realistic, safe, and enjoyable way to achieve those goals.
The best part about this program is that they don't try to sell you on impressive results from one or two exceptional clients. They tell you that a number of people do not meet their goals, but that it is usually because of a lack of will and work ethic.
The price is one of the best features of this program. You basically have an expert that you can contact during a set time during the day to ask any question you may have. And no matter how silly the question may seem, you are never treated as if you are a waste of time by the coordinator.
They take on a select number of people per session so that everyone has a fair chance at their coordinator's time and expertise. You are allowed to sign up for as many sessions as you like, and as long as you sign up early, space shouldn't be a problem.
This is one of the best programs for losing weight, feeling great, and staying healthy.
Tips
never do any program that you feel is beyond your level of fitness. Never begin a food plan that you can't see yourself sticking with for a long time, if not a lifetime. Choose a program with a caring staff and a realistic goal.
