Description of service

The price of the weight loss program that I used once totaled over $600. I was on the program for 3 months. The food is what costs so much. The only food that you are supposed to eat is delivered to you once a week. You get three meals a day and two snacks. You also get free online counseling. The food breaks down as about $75 a week for the food that is delivered to you. Broken down per meal, the cost would be three dollars and fifty cents per meal, which isn't that much actually. But spending the nine hundred dollars all at once did seem kind of expensive. The program did work, but in order for you to maintain the weight loss, you have to stay on their meal plan, or learn healthier and cheaper ways to cook and eat.

Review of Service

Their meal plan and weight loss service did work for me. In three months I lost a total of 15 pounds. If you can afford the plan it is a very convenient way to lose weight. Everything is prepackaged for your convenience. You don't have to count calories. All of your meals and snacks are there available for you every day.

Tips

Since there are so many weight loss plans available. You should research all of them and ask about prices.
