the Price of Weight Loss Programs

I recently subscribed to a weight loss program which I saw advertised on television. The price was eighty dollars and this included the price of the weight loss food for 2 weeks. I was also given one week of free food. I also paidfor the shipping and handling charges of the food as it was mailed to me and this was included in the eighty dollars and was 10 dollars. I received meals designed to help me lose weight and this was the majority of the total cost. I was also given information packets on the food formulas, directions, and I was also given two CD's on the program.

I felt that this service was very good for the price which I payed and I experienced results which were the predicted results for the program. The food was reasonably tasty and I enjoyed the program greatly. I would definitely recommend this program to anyone trying to lose weight or to maintain a weight, and I think that most people will fine that the food is decent and the price is reasonable.

One recommendation that I have is that I believe people should definitely look at at least a few services before selecting one because I do think that there is definitely some differentiation in pricing.
