My washing machine all of a sudden would not spin the water out. I called a local man out of the phone book and he came the next day. The man took the washing machine appart and found that one of my new born baby's socks had gotten out of the basin and into hose and blocked the spin function. The repair man removed the sock and put everything back together and the machine has worked great ever since.

The repair man was aboslutely wonderful. He came as soon as was possible and worked very quickly. He was only in our home about an hour and cleaned up the washing machine before he left. It actually looked better when he left than when he arrived at our house.

As far as tips, make sure that the repair man you use is good, ask the repair man for references and if you want to call someone that has use this service and get their opinion on the work that they had done. Other tips for washing machine repair trouble, wash baby socks in a mesh bag so they do not escape out of the basin and cause this trouble in the first place.
