My washing machine had been squeaking very loudly and rocking back and forth. I had already attempted to stabilize it on my own, with no luck. The final diagnosis was a drive belt out of adjustment. The total repair took about an hour and a half. The price also included stabilization of the machine and simple cleaning of some inside parts.

I will definitely call this place again if I have any more appliance trouble. I felt that the price was a little steep, but others have told me that this is about average. The technician was very nice and knowledgeable, he did not seem to mind being asked various basic questions. He also gave us a rundown of prices before he began and discussed with us what may be causing the problem. He arrived within hours of me calling the repair shop and the total repair did not take very long at all.

Make sure you get an idea of how much basic repairs cost before hiring anyone. Also, check your warrantee to make sure the repair is not covered already.
