The cost of my washing machine repair was $100 per hour and the parts cost a total of $20. The gentleman actually spent a little more than an hour but only charged me for the hour.

I was very pleased with the service. I told them over the phone what the problem was. The man showed up and had brought the part he thought he'd need based on what I'd told him was wrong. After checking it out, he was right about what he thought was wrong. This worked out great because we didn't have to pay for another hour of labor for him to come back after ordering the part. It took him about an hour and fifteen minutes but he only charged for the hour. It was a smart business move on his part because I've now recommended their service to my friends. The serviceman was very professional and nice. I'm sometimes uncomfortable with people I don't know in my home but he made me feel very comfortable.

Be sure to explain your problem when you request the service person to come over. This way they can have everything neccessary when they show up. Ask your friends for referrals.
