Description of service

Price includes a $25 sitting fee and then $75 for 5 sheets of pictures. No "premium" backgrounds were used--which were available at an additional charge. We only used basic color backgrounds with their minimal props.

Review of Service

Service was okay--certainly not worth the price they charged for the sitting fee. Photographer was not enthusiastic and seemed like she just wanted to get us out of there. In hind sight, I wish I would have brought my own props. My children being photographed were not comfortable with the prop toys they were not familiar with. Something familiar would have lent itself to a more natural looking photo. In addition, after the shoot was over and we were looking at them to choose which ones I wanted, it made me wish I had jumped in and requested the poses I wanted instead of giving the photographer full reign.

Tips

Bring your own props. The props that the photographers have are worn and cheap. As well, don't be afraid to request your own poses. The photographers will try to pose you in standard poses that will not always come out looking great. Tell them what you want to do. In addition, if taking photos of children really help out to get them to smile how you want them to. The photographers will not always get that smile that mommy can get.
