Description of service
Flute lesson taught to my daughter by a college student. The teacher teaches a lesson once a week and helps her with music from school. My daughter is a beginning flute player and is able to learn fast enough to keep up with the other students. She has a learning disability so it is very helpful having some outside help. Lessons are a great idea to help your child excel in music. Music is important to excel in other subjects and gives the brain a good workout.
Review of Service
The price was great and the teacher was very friendly. They explained some musical things to me that I had no idea about. The teacher sounded very knowledgeable and was able to answer my daughters questions. Great service for the amount of money paid. I would probably pay up to 15 dollars for lessons per half hour.
Tips
If you are looking for a great teacher with fresh ideas, email the head of a music education department around you. They can refer you to a great college musician to help your beginning musician. Also, make sure to ask how much the service is before agreeing. I know this sounds stupid but you could end up paying more than you want if you get a professional to teach your child.
