He always was very demanding but with a good mix of positive feedback as well, making the student much more motivated. The price did not include the cost of the instrument, sheet music, and other materials such as a music stand, metronome, tuner, and other necessary items. These things can be expensive, especially in the beginning.

My main advice would be to do your research in finding a good teacher. A lot of people claim to have teaching experience yet lack the credentials that prove they have studied at a professional level. Also, do not be afraid to try out different teachers. Some personalities match better than others, and it is worth the extra time to make sure you or your child are learning their best. It is a service you are paying for, so make sure it is a good one.
