the Price of a Deep Tissue Massage

I went to a place that does deep tissue massage in the mall. You have your choice of a table or chair. I chose the table. They began working on my back and body. It was pretty intense, especially since I was tense. They would rub my neck and shoulders. They massaged my whole arm all the way to my finger tips. They also massaged my legs. There is a lot of tension carried in the buttock and leg area. They also massaged my scalp.

I enjoyed my massage. I was really light headed though when I got up. The next few days I was very sore where I had been rubbed. I'm not sure if I would get that done again because I hurt a lot for the next few days. After the pain subsided I felt great though. I really enjoyed the scalp massage. I never realized how much tension you can carry there.

Make sure if you go in for a deep tissue massage that you are ready for a deep tissue massage. It is very different from just a normal massage. You may feel worse before you feel better, I've been told that is very common.
