the Price of a Deep Tissue Massage

Last month I paid $100 for an hour long deep tissue massage. This price included the use of the room in the salon, the cost of the masseuse and the oils used during the massage.

My masseuse is amazing. I treat myself once every few months when life is getting really stressful. She works out of a great, top salon and is great at making herself available around my schedule. She starts by asking if there are any specific body areas where I would like her to focus, and then she gets straight to work. She is great at reading your mood - very personable and talkative when that is what you want and very quiet and respectful when you want to snooze a little. She has candles burning and light music playing in the background. She uses the perfect amount of pressure for each customer's preference and keeps working at a location until the muscle is perfectly relaxed. Another great thing about her is that she doesn't always punch her time clock. If she is in the middle of an area when the hour is up she will finish what she is doing and not charge extra. I don't think I would make it with the stresses of work and home without her help!

Find someone you are completely comfortable with. Massage is all about relaxing, so make sure you are able to do so!
