Description of service
I got an oil change at an oil change while you wait place. You just pull in and they do everything from below. It takes about 15 minutes if there is no one ahead of you. There are two different lanes.
They changed the oil, the oil filter, checked the air filter, the tire pressure, and the transmission fluid. They also washed the windows. They didn't vacuum, presumably because I was sitting in the car (there is no waiting area).
Review of Service
It was quick, which was good because I was on my lunch bread. The workers were professional and polite, and it was convenient to just pull up and not have to get out of the car for them to change the oil. However, the strange part was that even though you didn't have to get out of the car the whole time that they were changing the oil, they don't have you pay then. You sit in the car the whole time they're doing it, then pull up and park to go pay. I don't know why they don't just have you get out and pay while they're doing the oil change. Seems like it might be easier for everyone!
Other than that it was great. They didn't try to get me to pay for all sorts of other services, which is one of my least favorite things about being a woman and getting work on my car.
Tips
Just make sure you know what you're getting and what you're paying for so that there are no surprises when you go to pay!
