Description of service

Originally took my vehicle in for routine full service, which was to be: change oil, oil filter, check air pressure in tires, check power steering fluids, check anti-freez for quality and level, and check all lights, and check the air filter. all for around $40.00 for a full size Ford. I left the Service garage and drove about 3 miles and I noticed a knocking sound coming from the engine, I immediately pulled over and opened the hood to find the oil cap still resting on the battery, and no oil in the engine. I called the service garage and told them what happened and took pictures with my cell phone prior to touching anything. They said bring it back and they will check it out. I then asked if they were going to take care of the towing fees and they said not until they inspect the vehicle. So I called the local towing service and had them take it back to the business. They "inspected" it and came to the conclusion that they were not responsible for it at all. By that time I was steaming mad and spitting bullets, so I had the truck towed to another service shop that specialized in major engine repairs and had then go through and fix it. That shop found that there was NO oil in the oil pan, the filter was never changed, and non of the other items were checked & cleaned/replaced. So I contacted my lawyer and had to file papers and take the business to court. It has been a year and I have yet to see a single penny from them.

Review of Service

I will never go there again nor will I tell anybody that I know to do business there. The service was never completed and the vehicle was not inspected before going out the door back into the customers possession.

Tips

Make sure they do what they charge you for, and that all your fluids are checked before you take it off the property, It isn't right that you have to but it's better to be safe than sorry!
