the Price of an Oil Change

The price paid for everything including oil, filters, fluid topping off, and disposal. It also included a free car wash at the attached gas station.

The people were great, but the service was quite slow. This is a drive-up oil change service, and there is no need to make an appointment. It ended up taking about 45 minutes even though there weren't many cars ahead of me, and they took my car through the car wash which took another 20 minutes. The car was was excellent. It was hands on and not automated, and real humans actually dried my car and cleaned my windows. Unfortunately, this took some time. I had hoped to be in and out on my lunch break, but this proved to be impossible. The end result was great, though.

Find out how long it's really going to take. It would probably have been worth it to either skip the free car wash completely or take a rain check if they offered one. Of course, there's a balance between speed and quality, and it may be worth the extra inconvenience if the end result is high in quality. There is something to be said for a technician who takes his or her time. At least you don't have to worry about things being left incomplete due to rushing.
