Description of service
I received a "while you wait" oil change. The mechanics also inspected my fluids, belts, tire pressure, and lights to make sure everything was in working order. I had to pay a disposal fee of $1.57 and taxes of $1.46. I also received a gift card for a free coffee beverage at a local cafe.
Review of Service
The service I received was excellent, the mechanics were very helpful and provided me with coffee and magazines to read while I waited. They explained the vehicle checklist to me, and made sure that I was aware of any maintenance that would need to be performed on my car in the near future.
Tips
I would suggest going to station with mechanics that you trust, and who are friendly and helpful. It also helps to keep an eye out for coupons to local oil change facilities. These can show up in your junk mail, and can significantly bring down the cost of an oil change every time you go it. It also seems to sometimes be cheaper to go in for an oil change when you know you need other maintenance performed and can leave your car at the shop for the day or overnight.
