Description of service

Needed an oil change because its been the usuall 12 thousand miles! I had received a coupon in the mail for a local garage in my city for 19 bucks. Well, I have purchased the filter and oil myself before and know that this is not a bad price. So I drove to the garage and parked my car. Immediately, they told me to pull in and I did. I handed the coupon to the guy and he said, "ok, we will have it out to you in about 10 minutes".

Review of Service

I was suprised to hear that it would only be 10 minutes. So I stood there in awe for a moment. Then turned around and they had a hose in my engin. Not but only five minutes went by from the time I got there and they finished changing my oil! Wow! I started to wonder if they just stuck a hose to my engine to throw me off and not really do anything. But like I sid, I have done this myself before and I looked under the car to see the oil filter and found it to be nice an clean and a different brand than the one I purchased last year. Most shops just screw you. But this one went ffar and beyond. All for 19 bucks!

Tips

Sometimes, the most expensive way is not the best way. I spent over 700 for a radiator flush and they didn't do anything at this other shop. This local shop did me well and continue to go there until this day.
