Description of service

I rented a DVD from a video outlet, it was a new release and costed 3.99 before taxes. They tried to offer a lot of other stuff upon check out such as the rewards program and online renting. The DVD was a fair price for a one week rental and was similar to prices at other Video Outlets. I recognized that the price of any movie that was not a new release was 2.99 but only a 2 day rental.

Review of Service

The service was alright. I did not like how they offered me the rewards program and tried to insist I purchase online renting. I told them right away I was not interested in any of it but they insisted on talking to me about each of them. Overall the service was alright, I found what I needed very fast and after they asked me a few questions I got out of there pretty fast.

Tips

I would suggest to get online renting, even though I turned it down this time I have had it before and it makes things a lot easier to pick your movies online and get them whenever you want to have them. Then you can exchange those movies you recieve for any movie in the store.
