the Price of DVD Rentals

I rented one new release DVD. The cost of the movie was $3. I had 2 days to keep it, and if it was late was automatically charged an addition 2 day rental fee of $3.

I've used a lot of different video rental places and this one was one of the better ones. There are other places in my neighborhood that I can get a new release for less than $4. However, they had much better promos and charged less for late returns. Most other places I've been to will charge you up to $4 per day that it's late. At this place, I only paid as though I'd rented it again - $4 for another 4 days. I've found this to work much better for my families busy schedule.

They also have promos where every 5th movie you rent, you get one free. That's a huge savings, as we do rent quite a few movies in my family.

My only complaint is that they don't have a very good selection. Sometimes we go to the cheaper video store who seems to have a lot more movies to rent, which doesn't really seem to make any sense.

Pay attention to the late fees and be aware of them before you rent the movies. Also take into consideration the promos you might get on a regular basis.
