Description of service
I wanted to rent a new release from a chain movie rental store. I picked out the movie and rented it with a seven day rental time with no overage fees.
Review of Service
I went in to find the movie, but could not find what I was looking for. I asked the person at the counter to please help me and they told me which section I could find it in. They were quite helpful in that. They then told me that everything was in alphabetical order so I should be able to find it quite easily. I did not find it on the shelf, so I went back and they looked it up on the computer and found that one was just returned and handed it to me to check out. I then rented the rental for about 4.99 without tax. I was slightly alarmed at the rental price of ONE movie. 5 dollars to rent a movie sounds quite high when you can do an online mail out rental service for about 14.99 a month for unlimited rentals. I think my total after tax was just under 5.30.
Tips
I would definitely suggest using an online mail out movie rental service. The prices they have are ten times better than renting one movie at a rental store. Some movies at the rental store are under 3 dollars, and I think they have .99 cent sales, but it does not usually include any currant or popular titles.
