Description of service
My family and me are avid campers and for the Memorial Day weekend we always call in advance to reserve a few campsites for our annual camping trips! The cost of our last trip at a State Park Campground was 15 dollers per campsite per night! This includes, free water spout, electricity, the use of the campground restrooms and this park even had a free driving range and swimming pool that we were able to use.
Review of Service
The park was exceptionaly clean, the restrooms were well lit and there was a few security guards that patrolled the area at night to make sure that the noise was minimal! The staff seemed friendly enough and there was a small general store on the lot that sold wood, charcoal, toothbrushes...all of the essential products needed for camping and it was all reasonably priced.
Tips
If you are planning on drinking beer or any alcohol at all I would suggest you bring it with you. For the most part, all of the areas that are located near a large lake are dry counties, so you will be driving for miles to reach a county that will allow you to purchase alcohol! Also, call in advance to set up reservations, you can usually see a map of the campsites on the website of the campground!
