Description of service
I ordered a pint of chinese shrimp fried rice, a chicken egg roll, and a soda from a local chinese restaurant that I haven't gone to before. I called in my order and asked them to deliver it to me. I was promised that my meal would arrive thirty minutes from the time of the order. I was also promised that my food will be fresh and hot.
Review of Service
Well, my food arrived almost an hour later. Without even opening the bag I could tell that my food was warm and not hot like promised. There was also a funky exhaust smell all over the bag because the delivery drivers car had an exhaust leak. It didn't take much for me to tell the delivery boy to leave with the food because I didn't want it any more.
Tips
It is not always important to find a chinese restaurant that has the cheapest price, but it is more important to buy from a restaurant that has high quality food, regardless if its only fried rice. It aslo good to visit the restaurant to see what the cooking conditions are and how the employees treat you. Last but night least, never accept food that is not up to your acceptance.
