Description of service
I paid just 22 dollars for delivery of a complete Chinese meal for two. The dishes we had delivered were one Imperial Chicken and one Broccoli with mushrooms and chestnuts. Each came with rice, we got two egg rolls and two egg drop soups, and two fortune cookies. The food cost eighteen dollars and the delivery was free in a five mile radius with an order over 15 dollars. I gave a 4 dollar gratuity to the delivery person.
Review of Service
The food was just good, not fantastic, but good. The portions were large as usual with Chinese food. The food arrived hot and in good condition, no soggy bags or leaks anywhere. They forgot the soy sauce, but I had some in the fridge. The cook left out the MSG as requested, and I really appreciate that. The order was at the door in less than 45 minutes which they guarantee if you are in the 5 mile radius. The delivery person was nice enough, he seemed a bit rushed but maybe he had a car full of food that had to be delivered in less than 45 minutes.
Tips
Ask if they do free delivery for orders over a certain amount when you call. It's a great deal and you can get a larger meal for the same price as a small meal plus delivery. Ask how quickly the food will arrive and if there is a guarantee. If you don't like MSG ask if they can leave it out. Remind them to bring the soy sauce, hot mustard and what ever else should be in the bag.
