Description of service
This class was 4 hours long. The total came to $170 including everything. They broke it all down but it didn't really matter, if you wanted to take the class it was $170, at the same time with the same policy of no refunds. We made some generic dishes like meatballs, lasagna, fresh pasta which we then made into ravioli and veal parmigiana. We were given recipe sheets for each of the dishes. There were about 30 people in the class, could have been more.
Review of Service
I can't say I was thrilled with this class. The teacher was lazy and he certainly wasn't Italian. In fact I'm fairly sure he had a slight Russian accent. I suppose that's not really important but combined with the fact that he didn't seem to know a large amount about Italian food, it seems like he was not a very good choice of teacher. The food was good if not a little plain. There were a lot of people in the class and it was very noisy. Although for a 4 hour class the price was good the quality of the class certainly could have been better. Too many people with a horrible teacher.
Tips
Try and keep classes small. Make sure to check for reviews if you can find any. You might be better off with a shorter 2-hour $100 type class rather than a longer one like this.
