Description of service
This was a two day class on the weekend. It was intense. It was from nine in the morning till three but the demonstration dinner at the end was worth it and all the tasting along the way. Plus I did learn a lot. A professional chef taught the class.
Review of Service
The instructor was very good but I think I could have retained more if it had been spread out over more days, instead of all crammed into two days but I guess that is because it was a real chef. You will want to take a lot of notes or maybe record for later play back. But it was hands on and great instruction. Everything was covered in step by step instructions that were easy to follow and understand. The chef/instructor was very helpful and was great with answering questions clearly. Some of the tips were especially helpful even in other daily cooking. They did a good job of choosing a good chef to teach the class. I love being able to make more than spaghetti for Italian dinners.
Tips
At least make an audio recording so you wont need to try and remember everything from an all day course so you wont have to take as many notes.
