The service I paid for was for a 3 day cooking class adventure for $220.The fee included the guidiance of a professional chef and the take home recipes that were used in the sessions.
Review of Service
I feel I have learned a lot of information with the Italian culture and the foods used.I was thrilled to attend the class and able to use hands on cooking while learning the basics.This was a beginner and introductory to Italian foods.even though i was not going to be the chef like the ones who taught me,they made me feel welcome and confident in my ventures.i like the various sauces used and the collaboration of wines and fruits of the dishes we made.I felt no pressure or fell behind in the class.I wanted more,actually.The only thing I disliked was some of the cheese used in the class.It was not some of faves,but I was glad to experience it.I feel I received a great value of service from the chef,and great deal for the class.
Tips
when searching for Italian classes for cooking check with some of the resturants and ask for a referral of service of someone they know.Check the internet too for classes offered in this cooking.
