the Price of Italian Cooking Classes

This is the price I paid for a cooking class focusing on Northern Italian cuisine. The class met two times, once a week for two weeks. Each class lasted approximately two hours. The class included six other students. The price included all fees associated with the class except for a five dollar per class wine fee that was optional if you wished to have wine with the meal you made.

This was an excellent cooking class. We learned to make an appetizer, main entree, and dessert during each class and then ate the meal together. The instructor chose the wine pairings which were perfectly suited to the meals. The food was excellent and I really feel like I learned alot from this instructor, not only about food but about the Northern Italy region as well. This type of class is always lots of fun too because the students tend to be adventurous, outgoing types. The price was very reasonable for this type of class.

I have taken numerous cooking classes and would highly recommend such classes to anyone looking to improve their cooking skills while having a great time! Check with your local culinary school to see if any classes are offered in your area.
