Description of service
My daughter had just started the fifth grade and was very happy that she was able to take the musical instrument class. The students are able to choose what instrument they wanted to play. The school offered the class to the students for free besides the instruments. My daughter wanted to play the trumpet. Her class is everyday at 10:45 am until 11:45 am. The students are able to come in early in the mornings or stay after school for help if needed. The class had put on a Christmas show for parents, teachers and other students. The band class has also gone to a old folks home not to far from the school to put on a show for them.
Review of Service
This is something that my daughter loves and really shows us that she enjoys it. She is always showing us what she has learned and what she is now learning. The band teacher is very sweet and great with all the students. Also always happy to see the students. I love that my daughter found something that makes her want to keep going and that she has not gave up on it.
Tips
Letting your child try something new like playing a instrument is not only fun but something that could open many other doors for them. If your child attends a public school you can see if they offer a band class for your child age and it is free but if not you can look in your local phone book and find one that will fit in your budget.
