Recently I have fallen on hard times and had racked up a bunch of debt. To help get the collectors off my back, and to help get my credit back in line (at least a start), I filed for chapter seven bankruptcy. I seen an ad on the television for a local lawyer that would file the papers for me and get everything done for a flat fee of $450, so I hired him and a little over a month later, the bankruptcy was complete.
Review of Service
I have never had to use this service before, and hopefully I will never use it again. I don't have much to compare it to, but I am happy with the price I paid. I really like how simplified the billing was, it was just a flat fee of $450 and I didn't have to worry about other fees piling up - especially when i'm already having a hard time paying my other bills. This was an overall good service that I would be happy to suggest to a friend.
Tips
The thing that got me was my credit cards. If you can get rid of those - do it while you can! If you must file for bankruptcy check your phone book, and online for advertisments that have discount lawyers. This will help you save a lot of money.
