Debt is such a big issue in the U.S. these days and i never wanted to file bankruptcy but i am glad i did. My life is a lot less stressful. I will make sure i don't ever get in the same situation again. I would call around and see which lawyer had the best price in your town because the work is fairly simple that you don't need the best lawyer in town.
