Description of service
The service was performed in a local hospital by a general surgeon, the costs were covered by the patient's comprehensive health insurance plan.
The other services provided by a hospital are available, as one might expect at a hospital.
Review of Service
After being divorced for a few years my wife's mother decided she was going to get serious about this guy she was dating and so she wanted to get a tubal so she wouldn't get pregnant again.
For some reason this seemed perfectly reasonable to my wife and her mother, even though the woman was pushing sixty, because, and I quote, "I'm still menstruating as regular as Old Faithful."
Parents, there are just some things your kids and in-laws do not need to know about.
Anyway, the hospital was a hospital and the surgeon was one of those borderline autistic guys who rarely talked, and if he did it was in technical surgical terms. But he did his job well and my mother in law recovered quickly. Which is good, because she stayed with us while she recovered and I didn't like that much.
Tips
If your mother in law is getting surgery and she wants to recover at your place, say no and find her a nurse to care for her at her own place.
