Description of service
I've been taking Judo classes for eight months now in Los Angeles, CA. I decided to take the classes as a way to get in to better physical condition. The dojo I attend gives potential students the first thirty days completely free of charge. Hour long lessons cost forty dollars after the thirty day trial period. Lessons begin in a class setting with about ten to fifteen students in the class. As each student advances the lessons become more individually structured and one on one instruction with the sensei begin.
Review of Service
I feel great. The work has done it's job. I am in better shape and I have learned to better defend myself if I were to be in danger. I have lessons twice a week for an hour at a time. It was difficult to adjust the schedule of classes in the beginning, but now that I have progressed I can set my schedule with the sensei as I need to.
Tips
Judo is a very challenging martial arts discipline. It is extremely difficult on both the body and mind. However, the great efforts are truly worth it. I suggest you find a dojo that allows you a trial period. It will give you a chance to figure out if Judo is right for you.
