the Price of Judo Lessons

I took judo classes at Modern Combatives - Mixed Martial Martial Arts Berkeley, California. i wanted to learn judo to gain knowledge in self-defense/awareness techniques that may save my life. It includes all practical training and practicing sessions on alternate days and the fees for learning but the money to purchase the gi etc has to be spend extra. If you want to compete in judo then you have to pay $50 extra yearly to United States Judo Federation (USJF) as a yearly membership fee.

I am much confident and thrilled after learning judo. It is one of the best techniques you want to learn for your self defense. I just loved every part of it and the best part is you are more disciplined after taking classes. The practice time offered their is also very good as it is kind of art which one can never learn if he didn't practice it properly as they say practice makes a man perfect. The trainers available their are good and keep special attention on your posture and movement and if something's wrong they point it out immediately and help you correct it.

1. Buy a genuine Judo gi as other gis used in other marshal arts are weak and will tear in Judo so buy genuine double seam Judo gi.

2. Tale all precautions seriously as a wrong move or posture can cause serious injury.
