Description of service
To help get into shape, I decided to take up Karate at a local dojo in Cleveland, Ohio. I goto class twice a week, on Saturdays and Wednesdays, and once a month we have a competetion where we can qualify to move up to the next color belt. The total costs, excluding the gii (outfit) is $120. The outfit was only $30.
Review of Service
The service is great! I really like the instructor, he has taken it slow for me because i'm a little older than most of the class, which I really appreciate. I have only been going for a little over a month now and i'm already a yellow belt - which is the second level. The competetions once a month seem to be really special. One of the reasons I chose this dojo was because of the location. It's near my home, and I don't have to travel far. The whole reason I signed up was because of weight loss, and I'm happy to report that I have already lost 11 pounds in just over a month!
Tips
I picked this dojo because I didn't want to have to travel far. You should call around to find the best prices and go to each one and just watch. Make sure you are going to get a long with everyone in the dojo, this makes everyone happy.
