Review of Service
The people were very nice, but service was slow. It took two and a half days to get my car back from the service place, and we even scheduled and appointment to bring it in. They were very thorough with my car, though, and checked and double-checked everything on it, which was both good and bad. It was frightening to find out all the repairs my car will need in the next few months, even though it has extremely low miles on it and has been well taken care of. I never realized how much BMW maintenance costs, but now that I know I am not sure I would buy another one. The bill I was given was a bit scary, too. The air intake hose was literally a four dollar part. The remaining 375 dollars was labor. OUCH!
Tips
Find out how much parts and service are on a particular make and model of a car before you buy. That way when there is a problem, it won't surprise you at the cost of repair.
