Description of service
This was a class offered through my daughter girls scouts like a mother and daughter class. I paid $125 for a 3 hour class but my daughter was free because she was a girl scout. The class we took was a basic class for beginners. We learned how to be safe while making candles and how to handle the equipment. We was showed how to start and then was giving the free time to make our candles. We got to make a floating candle and a pillar candle each to take home. After making the candles the lady showed us how to add scents to the wax and let us make a scented candle.
Review of Service
The class was very fun and something that I was glad I was able to do with my daughter. We learned a lot from the class and was able to bring what we learned home and make our own at home. The lady that was teaching the class was very sweet and helpful when you needed her. The class room was very large with lots of space for everyone to move around and not get hurt.
Tips
If you are looking for something new to try and you are not sure what to do. This is a great class for women and older kids. You are able to learn how to do it and come home and make your own candles at home or to let your kids help you make some. You can look in your local phone books for candle making classes. It is not that hard of a class at all and it is only a few hours for one day.
