Description of service

This is the price I paid to take a candle making class at our local community college. The class consisted of two classes over a one week period. Each class lasted approximately one and a half hours. The class was very small, only five students, including myself, were enrolled in the class. The teacher is a local craftmaker who also teaches varios other crafting courses. During the class, we learned the basics of candle making. At the end of the course, we each had five candles to take home and enjoy.

Review of Service

This class was alot of fun. The small class size was especially nice becasue I really felt like I got my money's worth. The best part of the class was definitely the focus on soy candles, as they have no carcinogens and are what I prefer to use in my home. We also covered different fragrances and the best way to combine fragrances to develop a pleasing scent. Overall, this was a great course and the price was reasonable.

Tips

If you are interested in taking a candle making course, you should definitely check online to see what courses are offered in your area. There are also numerous sites that offer free candle making tips.
