Review of Service
The prenatal care I received during my last pregnancy was outstanding. I attended my regular monthly checkups, and my pregnancy was going smoothly, until my seventh month. At that time, we discovered my baby was very small and the amniotic fluid was very low. I was seen twice a week from that point forward for non-stress tests for the baby, as well as for weekly ultrasounds to measure amniotic fluid and the baby's growth. I was treated kindly, with a lot of patience and a lot of consideration. There was never any circumstance where I was made to feel dumb for asking questions about my prenatal care, and everything was thoroughly explained to me as far as procedures and problems, as well as diagnosis of future issues.
Tips
Be sure you are comfortable with your prenatal care provider. If they ever make you feel stupid or get impatient with your millions of questions, which you are bound to have, move on to another prenatal care provider. It is important that you are comfortable enough to have all your questions answered, and so you can have the most comfortable pregnancy as possible.
