My spray tanning session involved me wiping myself down to remove dirt or oil with a damp towel, putting on some provided undergarments, goggles, and a hair wrap, then stepping into a spray booth. An attendant sprayed me with tanner, which felt like a fine, powdery mist, then dried my body with a hot-air dryer. After checking that the tan had soaked in, I got dressed and paid. The entire process took less than half an hour.

I was initially afraid I would have to go nude into the spray booth, so I was relieved to see some undergarments were provided, as well as things to protect my hair and eyes. I hadn't even thought about that. The attendant was very efficient and careful, and I appreciated the little touches that made it feel like a salon visit - like the hot towels and the cutesy details on the hair wrap and undergarments. Overall, it was a very positive experience and a very good-quality tan. I would definitely use the service again.

Definitely ask around. I've seen people with some funky-looking spray tans, so if you ask them where they went, you can avoid those places. Spray tans last a while, so it's best to get a good result.
