Description of service
We went to a yearly spaying and neutering drive that involved a discounted rate for neutering my cat. The cost was $25.
Review of Service
This was obviously a very low price and in that aspect the experience was great. If I had it to do over again though, I would pay more and get better service.
There were a ton of people waiting for service as it was their yearly spaying and neutering drive that only lasted 2 days. One of the conditions of the cheaper service was that we could not leave the cats there for more than 4 hours after the surgery. This meant I pretty much had to hang out at the vets office all day. I had the day off so I didn't have to take any time for this but it was still a waste of a day. There were so many people there though that there weren't enough seats for everyone. Once I found one, I didn't want to get up for anything so I wouldn't lose it.
The surgery went great though and I'm glad I had it done.
Tips
Spend the extra cash and find a vet who will hold the animal until it's had a chance to wake up and recover somewhat.
