Review of Service
We were extremely disastisfied with the quality of service we recieved. It took us about 18 days total to get our DSL service installed. We were also very unhappy with the quality control for customer service agents in their company. Every time we would call in we were misinformed. There was a huge language barrier often times and everyone gave us a different answer to the same question. It was an extremely stressful process.
Tips
I would reccomend sitting down with a list of all DSL providers and actually doing research. Look at their speed, area of availability, etc. online and be prepared with known information regarding price etc. Call each one in your area and check for specials or deals they might be providing- ask for an estimate of when service would be installed. Using that information you can easily decide which DSL service provider is the best for you. You can also use that time to check into other internet options such as cable, or even broadband internet. With the wide availability of products my biggest reccomendation is to BE INFORMED!!!
