Service has never been an issue and istallation was very easy although a bit lengthy for my taste but I can see where someone without much computer knowledge would enjoy the step by step process.

Sets up easily with outlook and I have had one mailbox jam in the past two years and they automatically re sent those emails for me without having to call customer serivce or tech support.

You can access your email from outside very easily and even set up folders and contacts in that application to use when you are away from home.
