When I moved to another state I wasnt sure where I could find internet service that would be fast enough and reliable for all of my needs, whether I was just surfing the internet or working on my buisness. She was only interested in what I wanted and needed, not making the sale, but making sure I understood everything that I was offered before I made my decision. When the man came to install the modem he showed me how everything worked so if I were to move my desk to another room it would be generally easy to do. All I did after he left was turn on my computer. everything was ready to go. It is very fast with very little conection problems. I was also given a number for 24 hour technical support with real live people. Over all I am very pleased with my DSL internet service. I thought it would be a hassle trying to get hooked up, but it was generally easy.

Try getting all of your service through one company. (cable, internet and phone.) You can find discouted prices because you bundle and you only have to pay one bill instead of 3.
