Description of service
I needed a faster internet service for my home so I began calling around to different providers to see what I could get in the area I lived. I was able to find DSL internet service for $15 a month. I had to purchase the modem but I recieved a full rebate check for the amount I paid. For this price I recieved the slowest of the three available speeds they had, but it was exactly what I needed at a very affordable price.
Review of Service
The quality of service I recieved was wonderful. They were able to match me over the phone with the best fit for my internet needs. The modem came in the mail very quickly and the next day my internet service was up and running. They offer excellent support so when I ever had a problem with it I was able to quickly get it resolved with a technical service rep over the phone. The representatives are freindly, helpful and get the job done.
Tips
Everyone has different needs when it comes to internet use. I would suggest comparing speeds and price with different companies and types of internet service before signing up as there is usually a contract. Find a company who offers not only a good value for the price, but good service reps who will be there if you need assistance.
