The hottest summer ever and of course my air conditioner goes out on me! Isn't that just great!?! I had just moved into my new house so I knew nobody here. I had no recommendations so I sat with the phone in one hand and the phone book on the table. Once I found a reasonable rate I was told it would be the following day until someone could come out and look. I was very upset but I had no choice but to wait it out.
Review of Service
Once the repair man came he did some work on the thermastat and also the unit outside the house. He kept coming in and out of the house several times to keep checking to see if anything had changed. About 2 hours later the Air Conditioner was fixed! I was very happy and paid him promptly. Upon the repair man leaving I sat in my chair and enjoyed the cool air. Until a few hours later it broke again! I was very upset and mad I called the company again and they said they would send someone back out. It was unable to be repaired and I never got a refund. I ended up having to buy a whole new unit!
Tips
Always look for recommendations. Don't just rely on the phone book to send you a great repair man!! The more research you can do the better you will be prepared.
